Amanda Gustafson, MSPAS, PA-C
Amanda obtained her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of New England. She is certified through the National Commission Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). As a PA she is certified to diagnose, manage treatment plans, prescribe medications and serve as a patient’s principal healthcare provider. Amanda is interested in all aspects of primary care including: child development, mental health, substance abuse and sports medicine.
Amanda lives in Sterling with her dog, Remi. She is engaged to be married, with the wedding planned for June of 2021. She enjoys walking her dog, hiking and kayaking.
Michelle Margolis, M.S.N., F.N.P.
Michelle obtained her Bachelors from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts in Worcester, MA. Michelle is certified as a family nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Michelle enjoys working in primary care and has a particular interest in adolescent medicine, child development, and nutrition.
Michelle lives in Princeton with her husband and daughter and enjoys running, hiking, cooking, and baking.
Lynne J. Monfreda, M.S.N., C.P.N.P.
Lynne obtained her Bachelors from Fitchburg State College, her Masters in Science from Anna Maria College and her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts. She is certified in pediatrics through the American Nurses' Credentialing Center. Lynne's interests include nutrition, child development and urgent care.
Lynne lives with her husband in Hubbardston, MA. Her interests include reading, hiking, biking, traveling and spending time with her family.
Lisa Staiti, M.S.N., C.P.N.P.
Lisa obtained her Bachelors of Science from Western New England College in Springfield MA, her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and Masters of Science in Nursing from Regis College in Weston MA. She is certified in pediatrics through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB). Lisa enjoys all aspects of primary care: from care of the newborn to adolescents. Her clinical interests include child development, asthma management, and adolescent medicine.
Lisa lives in Rutland MA. With her husband and three children. She enjoys playing soccer, golf, photography and scrapbooking.
Tammy K. Zaruba, M.S.N., C.P.N.P.
Tammy obtained her Bachelors and her Masters of Science in Nursing from Regis College. She is certified in pediatrics through the National Certification Board of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and Nurses. Tammy is a member of the National Academy of Pediatric Nurse Associates and Practitioners. She enjoys working with children and their parents in the primary care setting and is particularly interested in newborn care, breast feeding and child development.
