Our History
Medical Associates Pediatrics was established in 1973 with the goal of providing the North Central Massachusetts area with quality pediatric care. When our office first opened, Drs. Feldman and Cranley provided preventative and acute care for local children. Over the years we have grown to accommodate the increasing needs of the local communities. We consider it an honor and a privilege to care for the children in your family.

Medical Associates Pediatrics is an independent medical practice, but our location at the HealthAlliance Hospital campus in Leominster provides our patients easy access to the hospital’s laboratory and radiology departments.

In order to better care for our patients and to avoid time consuming and costly emergency department visits, our office is open seven days per week.  We offer extended hours Monday through Thursday, regular hours on Friday, as well as morning hours on weekends and most holidays (see our hours).

We participate in Reach Out and Read, a national pediatric literacy program. We encourage early literacy in the home, and through Reach Out and Read children receive a free, new book at every well-child visit between 6 months and 5 years of age.

Many of our providers are on the faculty at UMass Medical School and we are proud to be a "teaching site" for medical students and pediatric residents. Occasionally we might have a medical student or resident working with us, but patients and their families will always be given the choice whether to include a student or resident in their visit.

Our providers are involved in the local communities, serving as school physicians, medical advisors and on local community boards. Please see our list of physicians and NP/PAs for more information about each individual.
