Theresa Gingras Callahan, M.D.​, F.A.A.P.
Dr. Callahan obtained her bachelors degree from Mount Holyoke College and her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Rochester (with Dr. Cruse!) and was chief resident there. Dr. Callahan is Board Certified in Pediatrics, a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society and a Clinical Assistant Professor in Pediatrics at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She is the director of the Reach Out and Read Program in our office and is always looking for new and used book donations (a book drive is an excellent Eagle Scout or National Honor Society project!).

Dr. Callahan lives in Princeton with her family. She loves to quilt - her family thinks she should join 'Quilters Anonymous' (just look at the waiting room walls!). She also loves to read in bed with a flash light. And, everyone in the office affectionately calls her 'The Fruit and Vegetable Police.'


Fernando Catalina, M.D., Ph.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Catalina obtained his bachelors degree from Saint Anselm College. He received his medical degree and a Ph.D. in immunology from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Dr. Catalina completed his residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and is Board Certified in Pediatrics. He is  a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society and Clinical Assistant Professor in Pediatrics at the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine. He serves on the Board of Directors of the North Central Massachusetts Boys and Girls Club and on the Board of Trustees of Central New England HealthAlliance. Dr. Catalina has a special interest in allergy and immunology and is fluent in Spanish. 

Dr. Catalina lives with his wife and children in Harvard, MA. He enjoys family time, coaching and playing soccer, biking and hiking on local trails. Dr. Catalina is an avid reader and is always looking for good book suggestions.


Ingrid Cruse, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Cruse obtained her bachelors degree from the University of Rochester and her medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine. She completed her residency at the University of Rochester and is Board Certified in Pediatrics. Dr. Cruse is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society Clinical and a Clinical Assistant Professor in Pediatrics at the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine. Dr. Cruse is especially interested in promoting breast feeding, adolescent health, and in helping all families develop healthy habits. She teaches residents from the UMass Pediatric Residency Program and is the School Physician for the Leominster Parochial Schools. 

Dr. Cruse lives in Lunenburg and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities such as cycling, boating and cross country skiing with her husband and three daughters. She also enjoys playing piano and nurturing her flower and vegetable gardens.  


Sejal Daga, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Daga obtained her Bachelors from Cornell University and her medical degree from Thomas Jefferson Medical College. She completed her residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and is board certified in Pediatrics. Dr. Daga is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society and a member of the AOA Medical Honor Society.​ ​Dr. Daga enjoys taking care of infants, children and adolescents of all ages and cultures, and is fluent in Spanish, Hindi and Gjuarati. 


Michael J. Lyons, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Lyons obtained his bachelors degree from the College of the Holy Cross and his medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He completed his residency at the University of Masachusetts Medical Center and is Board Certified in Pediatrics. Dr. Lyons is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society and Clinical Assistant Professor in Pediatrics at the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine. He is an Alumni Representative of the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Chief of Pediatrics and President of the Medical Staff at HealthAlliance Hospital​. Dr. Lyons has a special interest in pulmonology and sports medicine and serves as school physician for the Town of Lunenburg.

Dr. Lyons grew up in Lowell, MA and has lived in Sterling for over 13 years. He lives with his wife and three children. He enjoys playing sports as well as coaching and watching his children’s athletic teams. He also enjoys traveling with his family.


Bruce J. Man, M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Man obtained his bachelors degree from Northeastern University and his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the Letterman Army Medical Center (San Francisco) and is Board Certified in Pediatrics. He also earned a Masters of Medical Management from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society and the American College of Physician Executives. Dr. Man enjoys working with parents and helping them during those special times when they need a little reassurance that everything is alright.  Dr. Man has been in the practice for almost 23 years and a part of our communities for 25.  He has been involved with and a supporter of a number of local charities over the years.


Charles J. Myers, MD, F.A.A.P.
Dr. Myers obtained his bachelors degree from Cornell University and his medical degree from the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He completed his residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and is Board Certified in Pediatrics. Dr. Myers is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, a member of the Massachusetts Medical Society and Clinical Assistant Professor in Pediatrics at the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine. Dr. Myers enjoys participating in the development and maintenance of a healthy family unit. He serves as school physician for the City of Leominster.
